Yes, she can inspire recklessness and confusion! Perhaps also fear, because some may find great heights frightening, but they will learn to be brave and grow because of that fear.
We use two of those points to create land at 7,18 and 7,19. This land is a cloud jungle. There is no proper ground, only soft, fluffy, bouncy clouds...but that is quite all right, as the sweet air in this land gives all who enter into it the power of flight. Enormous flowers whose nectar all may feed upon spring up from the clouds, and butterflies wing about! Also, kind unicorns frolic here.
We use another two points to shape the climate at 7,18. In this part of the cloud jungle, it is always sunny and mildly warm, and a very light breeze always stirs. There is at all times a thin mist in midair--it is too thin and high to make visitors damp, but exactly right for making rainbows appear all over!

Cerulean Feather is going to create an Avatar to live in the cloud jungle. This Avatar is going to take the form of a larger unicorn that wanders her forests. Actually, she's a pegasus-- wings and all. She changes different colors in the light and her name is Amy.
Amy is Feather's personal helper and encourages everyone she meets by learning to face their fears and being by their side when they need it. When people are afraid she appears to cheer them along into accomplishing their goals.
Current Power: 17 (11 rolled, 6 in total from last round). Not yet using. (Taking no action this round).

The unicorns that watched over the cloud jungle were always entertaining, but Feather yearned to explore more. She wanted to see the world and make new friends. Amy, too, felt the same need. They were beings created from courage and coolness and all the things that came with it. It was dificult staying still with those feelings inside of them. The day Feather's power was great enough to do something more they partied.
The first thing she did was create the friends the two had always wanted. The beings she created were cute and cuddly and very affectionate. Especially if your name's Nightingale, but that's a different story. These beings were called Eevee and they were hatched, for some reason, by eggs. Each egg was different because the Eevees would grow up and change and look different. That's the way their species was. These creatures could fly, too, regardless of what they looked like because that's what the people of Feather's land could do.
For the first days they got their new friends acquainted. The strange mix of creatures got along together like best friends. They flew and had races and together they sought out more land. They found some, too, when Feather made the patch of cloud jungle grow even more. As she did so she continued to make all the areas sunny and mildly warm. There's always a cool breeze running through their furs and assisting in flight. The rainbows stretch further, too, but they're still thin and high to keep visitors from getting wet.
They enjoyed their time together, but their restlessness continued. So Feather's last will for the time was the one they wanted as much as more friends: She commanded Amy to make a bridge that would last for ages and connect all the lands together. That way they could all visit each other and learn from each other. And together they could become something better than they already were.
