But now things are different. You no longer work for the Empire, but for your homeland of The Kingdom of Latium -- and to a lesser extent, the people you've come to associate here in Jambudvipa. You are in Meerut, the principal village of the area -- and now, the headquarters of the brewing revolution. Of course, you'd never be able to tell just from looking -- the village life continues as normal, villagers living their lives and tending to their livestock and cultivating their plants.

Things have advanced quite a bit in the years since landfall -- the people of Meerut even now have electricity thanks to a group of heroes, symbolized by a statue of a garishly bright green boar in the village's plaza.

To the NORTH is the SHRINE OF THE EARTH.
To the SOUTHEAST is some jungle.
In the EAST of Meerut, there is a hut of a HEALER that you are acquainted with.

Love potions ... would make the person who drinks it feel like they're love with somebody, right? Probably the person who gave it to them.

[ The first aid supplies include antiseptic, bandages, ointment, water, breath masks, scissors, and tweezers. ]

The blue pill will allow you to begin your spiritual journey. The salve is a powerful ointment, and the love potion is...a love potion.

It's usually the first person whoever drinks it sees.

The blue pill is cyanide or something similar. The salve is good for topical wounds, and the love potion is ill=defined.
