So what do you want to do? Should we buy one of the protection points to start to stack up? And maybe save the toxin for a future round if we need a new affliction. Hmm, unless we use it now and maybe send two infections to someone else, but then we'd have no points ... unless we won some back if we're successful...

There are verhicles back in my world that are called ambulances. They bring people to hospitals and people call emergency lines to get them.
