[The room you step into looks like it could be a miniature ballroom, complete with stained glass windows and vast, ornate mirrors.

Your team's column is set into one wall, easily accessible but as impregnable as ever. One of the mirrors may prove almost as interesting, if you can tear your eyes away from your trapped teammate. Through it, you are somehow able to see every other team's column and what is inside, though nothing beyond that.

The floor beneath your feet polished, patterned wood, inlaid with the pattern of a grand sundial in your team's colors. In the center of the pattern stands a pedestal, upon which sits a collection of colorful glass ornaments. It looks like there's room for other items, but there's nothing else to be found just yet . . . ]

[There are eleven ornaments in total.

One, the largest, is a bubble made of clear glass. It's full of water.

Below this is a row of five ornaments, empty and roughly five inches tall. They all have 25% written on them.
• A black sword.
• A red quill.
• A purple vial.
• A blue spool of thread.
• A green six-sided die.

The bottom row are also empty, and roughly two and a half inches tall. They all have 33% written on them.
• A purple knife.
• A red vial.
• A pink heart.
• A golden clock.
• A blue six-sided die.]

Well then, my dears! As you can see, your comrade is in need of some help. As time goes on, that column will slowly fill with water . . . Your goal is to delay their doom as best you can. Should they make it to the end of the fourth round without drowning, they will live.

How might you save them, you ask? Every round, you will have the option to break one of my cute ornaments! A task will be revealed to you. The larger the ornament, the more trying the task, and the more likely your teammate's survival. Should you fail a task or choose to do nothing at all . . . Well, perhaps you won't like what happens.

Consider the clear glass bubble my present to you. ♥ Break this one, and one round's worth of water will be re-directed to another team's column! Who you target is your own business.

Oho, and one last thing, dear hearts. You will have the option to carry out the tasks yourselves, or, if you ask nicely, I will do it for you. However, my generosity does have its limits . . . The price will the temperature of the water.

[SMASHES THE BLACK SWORD ORNAMENT. Because it's a sword, and therefore it can only ever mean good things.]

[The ornament shatters, releasing a fine mist. When it clears, you find a very nice, very sharp sword resting on the pedestal. And also a blowtorch.
