You have been instructed to leave the front foyer and enter one of the rooms down the right hallway. Room 115's door has an anatomical illustration of a bull piercing a horse's torso with its horns.
There are a few old, dusty desks with equally old, dusty chairs places around them. Two desks have been picked out, and a divider curtain placed between them; the two teams are divided for this one, as they have different roles to play. The chairs around each desk are painted with faded colours matching the team uniform meant to sit there.
Sepsis has left a note on the desks: "This is serious!"
Sepsis' note continues: "Please have everybody fill these out. I will come collect them before we move on."

I don't suppose we can ask for a diagnostic machine, so that we can pick out symptoms and it will give us possible illnesses and their proper treatments?

Well, just in case, I'll ask for a stethoscope and a thermometer. Since they have to be done manually, they might be easier to get... I'll probably ask for some anaesthetics, too.
I wouldn't say it's well-prepared as much as... Preparing for the worst. I don't know how much this will help us even then, though. Aside from medicine, let's see... We'll need a way to keep people warm and water, at least. Dehydration's a big deal, after all.

[If we were a less emotionally stunted team this might be the point where she would try to hold your hand comfortingly or something. As it is she just exhales sharply and grabs one of the surveys.]
You're right. There's nothing we can do but play her game.
Practically speaking, it doesn't even guarantee that we'll win: All it guarantees is that the person picking it will "suffer less". We don't even have evidence to indicate that it'll affect anyone else on our own team other than ourselves.
