Hmm..
We can spend 3850... so..
2400 for the budget..
800 for a car..
that leaves 650...
So how about 1200 for housing, 1100 for food, 300 for medicine, and 400 for clothes?
Then we can buy a car.
And we don't need to skip out of taxes again.
