Note the rules... We are voting on which dresses are the best among other teams.
Were I to hazard a guess, we are looking to appeal to them, not to her.
That said, 'Imagination, romanticism and a flair for bravura can get you far...' No matter how you slice it, this is far more your competition than my own.
But if they're dresses for her, I'm sure she'll have her own opinions about them too.
Aren't you the girl here? You'd know more about dresses than me! I don't have any memories of wearing any.
But we'd probably be making something blue, right? It'll probably be a good start to name a few things that we like if we're to make one that represents us as a team.
Yes... I suppose that is true, but I do not have a great deal of experience with wearing them.
If possible, I would recommend a scarf with it, personally. [She adjusts her own.] It certainly fits well with any outfit, and keeps one's neck very warm.
Well, if you point to one of them, it's 'an outfit', and if you point to the second one, it's 'an outfit' too. But I get what you're saying! I guess she doesn't seem to mind as long as it doesn't mean they get a vote each.
[It makes points more dramatic I learned it in a memory.]
She did not simply forget to say you could design multiple outfits. We were specifically limited to one with the words 'an outfit' and 'an ensemble'.
If she allows them to use both and count both, then it stands to reason that other echoes may do the same thing.
Imagine, for a brief moment, Nyssa specifically stating that a game would not be one resulting in injury and you shall see precisely what I am getting at.
[ he thinks about that for a moment. On one hand, she has a point in general. On the other, this is a dress up fashion game. ]
Aah ... I do. But isn't that taking a bit of a leap, to compare something like that to the sort of games Nyssa's run before? Maybe once we decide and vote ... we can ask her about that. Not just about this game, but for other ones we play in the future, too.
It is a simple mathematical equivalency, and a game is always a serious affair regardless of the amount of bloodshed. But... you are right. Openly objecting at this time may harm our overall standing with the other team and cost us votes, thus we shall broach this subject after the game.
I would say Ometotchtli and Ratatotskr are the two we should not grant votes to. Epona may be in first, Barghest second, and Takshaka third. That is my opinion.
I don't think anybody would be angry that you have this concern over the graver possibility it poses. It's not quite the same as objecting if Ometotchtli ended up winning this game specifically! You know?
But, I'm okay with voting for that, then, if you want to. I did like Takshaka's ... and Barghest's was cute!
DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
[TO THINK.]
[GOD I HOPE SOMEONE ELSE SHOWS UP THE MEN ARE MUCH BETTER AT WEARING DRESSES THAN ME.]
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
..Rook! It is a pleasure. It seems fashion is the name of the game today.
Re: DISCUSSION
[ just ... looking at everything. ]
I wonder what she's looking for.

Re: DISCUSSION
We should make something flowy, but comfortable to get around in!
Re: DISCUSSION
[Thinking and looking through the clothing]
We must consider accessories as well.
Re: DISCUSSION
These can be for you!
Re: DISCUSSION
That seems accurate. And for you?
Re: DISCUSSION
[ keeps sifting through things, and then makes a loud 'ah' sound and pulls out these GORGEOUS SHOES WITH LITTLE BUTTERFLIES ON THEM. ]
Look! These are cute!
Re: DISCUSSION
Do you think we could place the belts on this? My original outfit has shown be that belts need not actually be functional.
Re: DISCUSSION
[ PULLS IT OUT. 8D And then looking over at the dress and tilting his head a bit. ]
It looks like there's room for a few of them.
Re: DISCUSSION
You are more congenial. I shall wear the dress. That aside, there is one last matter to speak of. The matter of votes.
I believe it safe to say that the team which is the most popular among the others shall win, yes?
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
As for myself, I shall be voting for the dresses which are obviously the worst.
Since others shall not be thinking in these terms and shall be playing fairly, this should maximize our chance of success.
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
The only liars here are myself and Ratatotskr.

VOTING
Re: VOTING
Re: VOTING
Re: VOTING
[ ponder ponders for a couple of moments. ]
Do you think Takshaka or Epona are going to get the most votes, then? Ometotchtli did do something pretty unique... And I liked Ratatoskr's.
Re: VOTING
I suppose that Epona is not going to do particularly well.
Barghest should be second...
...
Omeletotchtli, however, broke a rule.
Realistically, it is a wonder they are not already disqualified.
Re: VOTING
Re: VOTING
She originally stated, and I quote, 'You will need to go into a special room and design an outfit.'
The emphasis is mine, of course, but... Tell me. What part of what they did is 'an outfit?'
Re: VOTING
Re: VOTING
Then she is not bound to keep to her own rules.
This sets a dangerous precedent, Rook.
Re: VOTING
Eh ... a dangerous one?
