Protected by powerful walls that resist the invasions of creatures of darkness, the city of Whitewall remains a testament to the strength of a long-forgotten age. Though most of the technology running Whitewall has ceased working ages ago, the city has managed to maintain its independence, and the city itself is the largest in the North, having not once been conquered in its entire history, in spite of constant assault from undead and fae. The constant warring has instilled a sense of discipline across the city, as well: Whether rich or poor, everyone in the city is taught how to fight from a young age, because if and when another siege comes, it will take the efforts of everyone combined to fend it off.

The city itself is split into three districts, identified by how close they are to the single entrance into the city: Foretown, Midtown, and Afton. In recent times however, what used to be the ancient sewer system has become a slum district, known as Underton.

Midtown is something of a mixture of various peoples: The most common people living in Midtown are farmers, laborers, and craftsmen, who keep Whitewall running primarily through what would be considered low-class work elsewhere. Nonetheless, one can say that Midtown is what keeps Whitewall running: In addition to the farms and craftsmen, this is also where the majority of the scholars and churches are located, and as such can truly be considered the "Center" of Whitewall.

We shall run a church which uses soccer as part of it's power structure, allowing good players to move up in the church (though ultimate power will always remain in Ratatoskr hands.) We also have a newsletter with local news and opinions of the church..

Civic: There have been vague reports of the Fae spotted outside the city. As a result, the city is actively requesting volunteers from all walks of live throughout the city. Getting someone you can control into a position of power will strengthen your influence throughout the city, as well as help keep the city safer.

District: The biggest concern for Whitewall during the Air Season is always road maintenance -- the only road into Whitewall is enchanted to prevent violence on it, but that does not in any way prevent it from being destroyed by more mundane tear from the elements. AS a result, one of the most important things to be done in Midtown is to put together a group to handle maintenance on it -- craftsmen to produce new bricks, priests to ensure that the enchantment still applies to the new bricks, and laborers to do the actual repairs. If someone were to stand out at the organization of such, they would undoubtedly be given more responsibility in Midtown.

District Problem: 1 District Point.

We will deliver a sermon to our followers. "Soccer is a part of life, it is how we solve our conflicts, how we can find some worth in evidence of our hard work. However, to be good, we must understand the field! All fields, for it's not always grass and soil, but sometimes stone and brick. If our followers wish to improve themselves, then they should help build what it is we walk upon!"

The Church of Undefined Soccer God shall organize a volunteer effort to help with road repairs. We'll make an announcement in our NEWSLETTER and we will offer food. All those who VOLUNTEER may try out for the ALPHA SOCCER TEAM before anyone else. (Lower teams can be joined freely, but Alpha requires try outs.) The Church will also offer the priests not used for Civic for enchantments.

Volunteering will also totally improve soccer ability, as well as test people's dedication and improve their teamwork. ROXY will be leading the actual rebuilding effort. It's totally thanks to their Soccer God that she's so good at moving big chunks of rock and totally not because she has super strength.

We will offer up some of our best priests to help with defenses using their enchantments and such.

Well, clearly, we need to get e'erybody to play soccer to settle disputes.

Psh, of course people will abuse free speech to their own ends, but trying to control that freedom isn't the answer. Maybe our priests can act as mediators.

As for the snow problem, that's easy. We get people organized to clear roads, driveways.....maybe even make snow sculptures in the likeness of the God of Soccer.

The legal system is at a standstill, as power blocks form over what the "correct" solution to the situation is. The opinions have been fused into roughly four power blocks:
The first argues for stricter punishments, though what precisely those punishments are seem to have been lost in legalese.
The second is an active attempt from the churches and branches of the military to encourage togetherness within the city once more.
The third group argues for non-violent solutions to the problem: Banning them from shops and preventing them from causing too much trouble without hurting them.
The fourth and final power block is pressing for a re-examination of the entire legal system, pushing for various changes that will make the laws slightly more transparent.

Which one a person supports in this time may mean the difference between taking power and losing a great deal of it.
