Silver is the only person on Henwen who can wear the goggles.
The short path involves the group veering off away from the larger central lobby, into the back areas that the cleaning staff would use; everything is cramped and dark, making it harder to move around and see. However, the exit is easy to find. The room smells like mildew and the dust is thick. For the sake of the handsome dragon, the room shifts to allow a bit more room so they may pass through as well.

You move around the main hospital room to take the shorter path through the more private treatment rooms - "where the magic happens," as Sepsis herself would say. "Treatment" seems to consist of straps on walls and rusty, archaic drills, needles, and god knows what else. The room hums with an old, electric sound.

The room is suddenly filled with the screaming of the damned whom once were "treated" here. The sound is deafening, all of them in pain and calling for help.
The sixth sense was not an item, but a MONSTER. Blood urchins begin to grow from the walls, spitting sharp needles at the group.

This seems to be Sepsis' laboratory - with plenty of space to stack books, old desks, and jars upon jars of wriggling (?!) samples up and around into a maze of mess and macabre. The far left wall seems to be glowing slightly. The whole place stinks of rot and waste - garbage, urine, and feces. In fact, is that... a pile of it in one of the corners?
At least her main laboratory shelves, counters, tables and instruments are somewhat clean. Somewhat.

One of the specimen jars suddenly slips, knocking the entire stack over and shattering onto the linoleum. The smell makes you want to vomit, it's so powerful. The specimens all wriggle, some of them squeaking pathetically as they die; they look like alien fetuses, the kind someone would put into a science fiction story, with huge green cloudy eyes looking at the Henwen pair pleadingly. One explodes, with a wet little pop.
