There's a long glass table in the middle of the room, with an unsealed envelope on top—it contains your instructions; if you can't read them yourself, you'll hear Nyssa's voice whispering in your ear, reading them aloud for you. Yes, they are. There are a number of motives that could lead to Convict 4's actions, for example. Perhaps I was hasty in decrying that more than three deserve punishment. We do not know the circumstances.
