[ It is becoming increasingly difficult to keep second-guessing things, as the simple pleasure of sharing the water on equal terms with Haru sings through him. It was one thing when it was being a teacher. It's something infinitely more powerful when he holds no advantage. When he can remember what swimming with Haru really feels like. Even if it's not the same thrill like this, just the potential for racing is enough to make his pulse thrum ever faster. ]

Yeah... it is. How are you doing this? Neutralizing the feelings of this place? Did you figure out your powers here?

[ It's not a bad thing and those feelings are really, really awesome but... There's still something off about how Haru can suddenly do all this. And how Haru is dismissing it, rather than telling him so they can help Roxy.

He squeezes one of Haru's hands tighter. ]

He wouldn't be ditching all that to play in the water with Sakura. He shouldn't! ]

[ The refusal becomes a solid feeling within him, even as he clutches those hands tighter in determination and an adamant demand to get through to Haru. A demand to push Haru back onto the track he had set for himself. The track that this fucking heart had hijacked for whatever reason. This isn't the path Haru wanted! ]

Haru, listen to me! This isn't what you wanted to do!

[Broken flow, too much freedom, not enough guidance, this isn't a quest, this is aimless wandering and lack of direction. It's wrong, wrong, wrong, but it doesn't have to be.]

[For a moment, things go still.]

[And then it all moves. You can feel it running through you. The Breeze, the force that makes sure people are where they need to be, messages, quests, the wind itself. The force to move people and storms and seas.]

[You can see it around Haru, how it's all gummed up and distorted with sugar and powerful magic. Dead ends and jerky movements for something that's supposed to be smooth, to ebb and flow with ease.]

[It starts to have a physical affect on the world around you, the water starts churning and swirling around you, choppy and violent like there's (sugar) rocks all around you, but you have the power to keep you both safe, and let the water wear away the sugar and magic and it takes a minute or two, but water and wind is a powerful force especially in tandem.]

[Finally.]

[The water calms around you, a gentle swirling, along with the air around you.]

[No more sugar, and no more aimlessness.]

[The Breeze and Direction is no longer broken.]

[ SO he's just. going to be back into his magical underwear, knee-high socks and shoes again with nothing else on him, facing Rin with the most confused look at what the hell just happened.

at least he's not losing the fact that he learned to swim (pre-Trickster) and is still treading water like it's second nature. oh, and those hands are still holding Rin, but not as forceful as before. basically: he doesn't know how to react to any of what he just experienced, staring at Rin ]

[ He is also taking a moment to register what just happened and also kind of gawking at what Haru is now wearing. Why... Uh, at least all the weird shit that was surrounding Haru is gone. So. That's probably a good thing.

After all, Haru did trust him before... And if things do get fucked up, maybe he can do what he did before. Somehow...
