[ Suddenly you find yourself on top of a large, team-colored tower -- the ones in the center of the lake, to be precise. Inspecting closer you’ll find that the tower is actually made of removable blocks: large, brittle candy blocks.

Looking around you, all of the other teams’ towers are visible to you, in a circle around the wide lake. But although you can make out the number of blocks in each tower and which team they belong to, it is impossible to yell between towers. Huh.

On top of your platform is a set of three objects on a table, with a sign that says “Eat one and win!”: a Jawbreaker, some Peanut Brittle, and a small cup of Whipped Cream.

There are no handrails or edges, and if you peer over the side, you can see that your tower is standing in a lake made of jello. . . ]

I'd consider removing 6.2 and 4.2. It leaves blocks in the middle still, and won't ruin the strength of the structure either. In theory.

The whipped cream. If we can disorient another team, we can ensure that things are difficult for them later.

And how do 10.1 and 10.3 sound for blocks we're taking out of our tower?

I agree. That may be our best strategy for this round.

Maybe if we manage to get things lower, we could remove it so things won't be so lop-sided.

It might be safer that way for now.

I agree. We stand much more to lose the other way, and if we'd like to win, I don't think the chance is worth it.

I suggested removing 10.1 and 10.3 to Lace, do you think that'd be a good choice for now?

It might make our tower shorter, but also stabilize it.

Depends on what blocks we lose next, I think. I'd at least try it.

Well, you saw how fast Ratatoskr got taken out. Maybe we should blitz another team while we have the chance.

Peanut brittle, then? We could take 1.1 and 1.2 from... Barghest, maybe?

Either it stabilizes everything or it causes everything to topple over.

I suppose we won't know until we try. Would you risk it for the chance at stability?

I'm not certain. If it doesn't topple anything lower we'll be shorter and more stable.

That was my thinking as well. But, I think we stand to lose more if we choose to remove that block and it doesn't go as planned.

Perhaps we should remove something from the top then. It seems like a safer option.
