You are in what looks to be a large operating room (actually cleaned and sterilized!). In the center is a standard operating table, and on either side are two... humanoid beings. Alchemical automatons, made out of metal, flesh, wire, a paper substance - all kinds of substances put together. Their cold, dead black eyes gaze at you. Staring. Empty.

Along the edges of the room are large tubes - containers filled with an odd fluid. Most are empty, except for two - in two are body parts.

One automaton is going to go collect parts and the other is going to improve the heart, because that's the most important part.
