[ Lethe tilts his head towards Technic— although his eyes aren't visible through the sunglasses, one might give the impression he's looking straight at him. ]
[ This is the knowingest look in the entire universe how many times has this happened to him?. ]
A weakness when it's exploited by others, sure. And it's an awful thing to do to anyone. But ... I think personally, I'd rather care about a person and be ready for the pain that comes with pretty much everything you feel.
In the end, the strong person isn't the one stooping so low to use something like that. Sure, they might "win," but they're really the ones losing so much more.

[ He shrugs. ]
I'm guessing we should just go with what works best for most of us.
Re: Discussion.

Re: Discussion.
I don't actually have an opinion just yet, honestly. It seems like they're both a strength and a weakness. It's a matter of perspective.
Re: Discussion.
Weighing the pros and cons of each option is easier said than done, too.

Re: Discussion.
I don't disagree, actually. A person without such ties is alone, for good or for ill.
Re: Discussion.
