Right. We have no idea what is going to happen if we say yes to this. And after all, she is merely asking if she can study it -- we do not have to say yes again after that if it seems harmful...

So do we want to say yes and see if she does anything or just say no until she's bored?

No. If we bore her it'll get worse.

How do we know? We haven't asked her what happens if we say yes or no. I am sure as....patients of whatever this farce is, we are obligated to know.
