- Unless otherwise noted, if you progress past a certain area, there's nothing stopping you from going back to that area!
- Once they reach the outdoors portion of the heart, all characters will be separated and have to go through the following areas alone.
- Powers that a normal human couldn't have (magic, supernatural abilities, healing, psychic abilities, etc) are off, but all other skills stay. Any items you had prior to entering the heart are gone.

PRE-WRITE UP:

- I HOPE ALL OF YOU LIKE DYING…which is to say that any/all revivals that happen within the game will be instantaneous and the finishing blow that finally kills the person will remain on them as a scar for the rest of the game.
- There are no ways to go “back”; there is no “back” to go to.
- There’s no intermingling in the game aside from the starting area. This is not an excuse to party it up in the starting area...
- Powers and whatever not are off per usual, sorry.

technic's heart 2.0

[Your feet press against the cool surface of metal. Gears clank into place, shifting all around you. It's dark, but you're moving down, down, steadily and without interruption.

As your eyes start to adjust, one phrase appears before you as a ghostly reflection, as though it stains the walls nearby.

THE HEIR IS DEAD

The gears turn, turn, turn. Slow, deliberate, anticipating what's to come.

Fade's Heart

[-Non-human powers and abilities are off...essentially. If your character has any sense of their own powers, they'll be able to tell that they're there, but damped so much that they can't actually use them for anything.

-Characters will still have the items they came in with.

-Characters can interact all they like in the dorm area. After that you're on your own.

-Characters can move freely within the dorm area and within the main area (unless otherwise noted), but cannot move between the two. Once you've left the dorm there's no going back to it.
