I don't think it's fair, no. But I also don't think it's fair to try to force somebody to talk before they're ready to do so. [ Her fingers are white-knuckled in her scarf by this point, and there's a tight little shake in her voice ] Like with Tama-san. If you want somebody to open up to you, you make the offer and then let them come to you. You don't … you don't tell them that they're letting down their team.

I trust and respect you as my teammate. I like you as a person; as somebody that I'd like to get to know better in our own time, outside of invasive games that leverage our personal thoughts and feelings as chips in games to win back shards.

If I'm insecure about my place on this team, it's about me, not the rest of you.
