It feels rude to say...I don't know how to phrase it. It's like the opposite of yours, I guess. I don't want to be forced into a role or obligated to do something because it's expected of me, because I'm part of a team. I want to live my life on my own terms, not someone else's.
But you made it clear that's not what you expect, so I sort of got my answer already earlier.
I don't know if I said that right. But if you understood, then it worked out! Even though I feel like I didn't say much, I'm glad that we could all talk like this because it put me at ease. And that was probably all I needed to begin with.
