RATATOSKR
[When you come to, you find yourself locked in a small, cramped, antique elevator. One wall is covered with a large, ornate mirror, and a chandelier hangs above your head. The doors are made of metal and shut very, very tightly. The lights are off.]
[You hear two familiar voices echo distantly in your mind]
LET ME GO, Ǧ̲̖̩̞̣̲̌Ĩ͎R̞̩͎̝̍L̹̳̫̾͛Ȉ͙͈̬͐͒ͭ̄̌̊E̥̥̓ͨ!
I won't let you hurt them!
[Before you have time to say anything, the elevator suddenly jolts, before it begins to plummet. Your heart drops to the pit of your stomach as you fall, fall, fall, and then. . .]
[Suddenly it stops. You're thrown off balance, possibly to the point of where you crash into a wall or a nearby neighbor. All is silent]

Re: THE ELEVATOR
[annoyed pyro who has totally been here really is annoyed and trying to see if he can access his fire right now to at least light the room]
Re: THE ELEVATOR
Re: THE ELEVATOR
...He'll look up at the chandelier on the ceiling, because don't elevators tend to have hatches on the roof? The buttons probably aren't designed to work, and the doors would probably be hard to melt, but if there's an exit hatch...]
Re: THE ELEVATOR
Re: THE ELEVATOR
...Hey Gale, mind getting up on my shoulders to see if there's anything on the ceiling?
Re: THE ELEVATOR
[ Getting up onto Sol's shoulders to see what's up there. She'll feel around carefully. ]
Re: THE ELEVATOR
Anything?
Re: THE ELEVATOR
[ She'll be thankful for the flame so she's not completely grabbing in the dark. ]
Do you think we should pull on it?
Re: THE ELEVATOR
Re: THE ELEVATOR
[ Going to open the latch slowly... ]

Pulling with all she has because if this is an exit she's going to give it her all. ]
Re: THE ELEVATOR
someone might want to go faster with that door.]
Re: THE ELEVATOR
(my own fault)
but clearly the thing to do is to set the hinges on fire :') as safely as possible so that it doesn't hurt anybody but if it's opening let's hurry it a little because he doesn't trust this...]
Re: THE ELEVATOR
Re: THE ELEVATOR
already less annoying than Children of the Corn
can he, like, try to melt the entire perimeter of the flap that the latch and hinges are part of to maybe get it to fall or something]
