[ ....... Sorry for the rudest wake up call known to mankind then.

He'll drop the bug onto her and allow it to crawl onto her. It'll seek out the first area where there is exposed skin—an earlobe—where it'll begin to eat away part of it. The bug will continue to gnaw at her ear until a 1/5th of it has been eaten (basically all of the bottom lobe) where it will split into two new bugs.

The new bugs will crawl and find new ares—the back of her hand and her neck—where a similar process begins again. They'll bite, chew, and eat away at her flesh until a notable chunk is missing. If she manages to wake up in the middle of it she won't be able to remove them until they eventually fall off and die from eating her flesh. ]

But she's definitely blank staring at the horror now. But somehow she manages a really strange smile along with it.

There's probably a mixture of crying in there too, but it's okay. She's still smiling.]
