[When the game starts you find yourselves on a platform. At least this part is pretty relaxing as it's large enough to fit a table with six (or seven) chairs around and that may be the place you want to sit at for now. There's several pieces of parchment laying on the table and a box in the center.

Of course, if you were careful you might want to pay attention to what's before you. Because immediately after the platform is a slide that ends in a pit of water? That turns into a dark forest. In what looks like a mile across is another large platform, presumably the end. Though that's all you can see right now.]

So if we're thinking like that, I guess the best items would be grappling hook, torch, rope, shield... and maybe parachute?

Parachute might only be good if we came to a cliff or something. If we had the rope or grappling hook, we wouldn't need it.

[Strokes chin.]

You don't think the sword would be useful?

Doesn't the shield kinda cover both bases without being lethal?

[pawper]

Oh, I didn't mean like that. A sword could help cut through that forest.

[Pointing off into the distance.]

Oh.

Yeah, I guess you'd be right about that.

[pawper]

[Thinking some more.]

But then again....well, the torch might be more useful. That forest looks pretty dark; a sword can't help us see.

The torch could also help burn something out of the way? Though we'd have to be careful not to burn down the whole forest too.

[pawper]

Oh, yeah! I hadn't thought about that.

[scrapthis]

Does that mean that shield, torch, and grappling hook actually is the best combination?

[pawper]

I think they're sound choices, but we won't know for sure until we try them out.

There's no way to be 100% sure, but at least this way we feel like we're making a smart guess.
