[Golem's realm has been laid out with lots and lots and lots of blankets, pillows, and decorations. There's a little snack table off to the side (with soup, hot chocolate, mashed potatoes, etc, etc, a very odd assortment of food) and various other items the team finds themselves using off to the side.]

[(Rather than random people, there are doodles of Amalthea characters and their friends: Yellow is Cascade, Pale Orange is Rook, Darker Orange is Leo, Purple is Viva, Blue is Coin, Turquoise is Lady, and Green is Mint)]

[ mimes an air guitar, complete with mouth-sounds. she has never played guitar before in her life. ]

It's air guitar, I can hold it how I want.

Heeh, you win on enthusiasm, anyway...but unlike you, some of us actually play an instrument! You're going down~

Yep! ...it's, uh, not a guitar, really, but it's kind of similar. It's called a gekkin.

W-- could you show me sometime? Do you have one here with you?

U-um, yeah, I do actually! I haven't really played in front of anyone yet...I was too nervous. But I'll show you when we get back, okay?

[ do you feel better now, I'm sure you do. she sits cross-legged on the floor with a guitar and picks at the strings a few times, but her attention's still on Mint. ]

Let's call this a trial-run.

[Smiles as she joins Viva and adjusts her own guitar. At least she knows how to hold it correctly, even if it's bigger than a gekkin.]

Sure. I mean, I have to give it a try eventually, right?

Ahh, let's see...

[Strums a few strings, figuring out more or less where the different notes are, then hesitantly plucks out a short melody. It's obviously improv, but it's not half bad!]

[ her face lights up. this is pretty sweet. and now she's learned something new about Mint, something that's actually really cool and not tinged with a weird feeling she's not good at describing.

once Mint's plucked out her tune, Viva takes her turn. it's not lacking in enthusiasm, that's for sure, but also resembles nothing like an actual song, improvised or not. thanks to Golem's magic, at least it doesn't sound ear-bleedingly out of tune. ]
