[The room you step into looks like it could be a miniature ballroom, complete with stained glass windows and vast, ornate mirrors.

Your team's column is set into one wall, easily accessible but as impregnable as ever. One of the mirrors may prove almost as interesting, if you can tear your eyes away from your trapped teammate. Through it, you are somehow able to see every other team's column and what is inside, though nothing beyond that.

The floor beneath your feet polished, patterned wood, inlaid with the pattern of a grand sundial in your team's colors. In the center of the pattern stands a pedestal, upon which sits a collection of colorful glass ornaments. It looks like there's room for other items, but there's nothing else to be found just yet . . . ]

We're detectives, not knights. We just have to think this through instead of taking the easiest solution. The five senses are taste, smell, touch, sight, and hearing--can't we just wrap thread around fingers or something?

[ Slamming her palm against the glass roughly. ]

We'll figure something else out, stupid! If you do it, I'll--!! [ She hasn't been this angry before.

Maybe she can scare her into not doing it! ]

[SHE LOOKS LIKE SHE'S GONNA CRY...]

I'll have to watch! It's my responsibility to or else...

[ Or else she won't know how far her team is willing to go for her and how far she'd have to go for them if the roles were reversed. ]

I just.. I won't be able to smell any burgers for a while, t-that's all.. [You'd do the same for me, right?]

[And before she can chicken out she totally just stabs herself in the nose with the needle]

[But she's doing her best to ignore Schooler and continue, even though her hands are shaking like crazy]

[ This is terrible. This feeling of being unable to do anything definitely keeps her mind distracted from the cold water pooling around her feet. ]
