MY LITTLE PONIES & GOATS (WHO ARE FOOD FOR DRAGONS)

[ In this isolated chamber, there are enough chairs around the rickety, rotten wooden desk to seat everybody. Some sunlight streams through the boarded windows to give enough light. You have pencils, pens, some scrap paper to brainstorm with, and a formal test sheet to put your final answers on. ]

[ Glancing at the other questions~ ]

... well, your answer fit in with this a lot better than my suggestion.

[ She'll try to not let that inflate her ego any. ]

You wouldn't happen to know the answer to any of the other four, would you?

My knowledge on the subject starts and ends with "when in doubt, slap some Medi-gel on it."

[personal profile] gandere 2014-02-08 09:55 pm (UTC)(link)
Medi-gel? Is that something from the future..?

[personal profile] onebullet 2014-02-08 10:01 pm (UTC)(link)
Maybe. I don't know what year I come from.

[personal profile] gandere 2014-02-08 10:08 pm (UTC)(link)
It just sounds so.. futuristic! A gel that you can put on any injury? Is that what it is?
onebullet: (forty six;)

[personal profile] onebullet 2014-02-08 10:11 pm (UTC)(link)
You use it to plug injuries to stop bleeding. Pain relief for broken bones and bullet wounds, too. Should work long enough to get you to a doctor.

That's nothing like ancient Greece.

Maybe you can help figure out the other questions... like number four. What is with that question anyway? I'm not a psychiatrist!

Therapy?

I'm no doctor, either, I'm a soldier. Or, was.

[personal profile] gandere 2014-02-08 10:23 pm (UTC)(link)
A soldier... aren't they taught how to handle depression? I mean it must be pretty depressing at times to do the things a soldier must do.

Which is why you're experienced enough to answer that question.

I've only had the one memory back. And it wasn't... very helpful.

[personal profile] gandere 2014-02-08 10:29 pm (UTC)(link)
All right, but maybe it's muscle memory. You know, the stuff you remember without actually recalling the memories associated with it.

If you were depressed, how would you conduct yourself?

[personal profile] onebullet 2014-02-08 10:40 pm (UTC)(link)
If one of my crew members was suffering depression, I'd offer them support and advise them to see the ship's doctor.

[personal profile] gandere 2014-02-08 10:46 pm (UTC)(link)
That sounds respectable, but what if you were stranded somewhere away from a doctor? How would you cure a crew member that was acting out of their norm?
onebullet: (thirteen;)

[personal profile] onebullet 2014-02-08 10:51 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't know. It depends on the individual.

[personal profile] gandere 2014-02-08 10:56 pm (UTC)(link)
I guess it would...

But in the end, therapy would be the best for them no matter what.
