Tart really doesn't like kissing, from what he told me.

Maybe Tart went with hand kiss, Otacon went with the forehead kiss, and Rook went with cheek kiss?

Tart mentioned a bird can peck the face. I'm almost wondering if that meant he did get the mouth?
