Look: We can't trust an Echo that's not Kanra. What if our honest answers lead to her using them against us to hurt us and other people? What if this game is a precursor to another one? We don't know anything about this Echo, do we?

I understand that, but.....well, just how would lying protect us?

If we give really ruthless answers, she could call our bluff and force us to act on them.

We could give harmless answers, but that still leaves the issue of her making us go outside of our comfort zones.

We should try to be as neutral as possible.

She could take advantage of any answer we gave. I don't think there's any avoiding that risk.

Well, let's go through the questions and see what we can come up with.

The more neutral, the better. Neutral answers are less likely to shove us too far in any direction.

You can be neutral without making things up. It's easy to make most things sound neutral.

Even so, I'd like to answer at least some of these honestly.

Mm....I just don't think there's any way to avoid properly answering it without taking some kind of chance, you know? She could use a lie or deflection against us as easily as she could the truth.
