[ You find yourself in a section of the maze walled off by hedges sporting glowing orange flowers. Several tree stumps with rich velvet cushions on them surround a much larger stump, upon which lie a number of cards... ]
[ There are four cards upon the table. You are suddenly aware that, as a team, you will need to decide on one of these four cards to select and turn all three of the others face down. ]
Well, for now, we're all here together, so we'll be working together. You can count on us, and we'll be counting on you, too. I'm Dissolve, or Diz.
What would you say your skills are right now? The cards are probably a hint to what we'll have to do, so it's best to figure out what our group's best suited for.
We'll leave it at that, then. For now, we're probably going to stay away from Swords, since most of us aren't capable of fighting. Still, if you have any preferences for the card, say so.
It's likely, since it's the one with the most clear symbolism, but I don't believe we've made a decision quite yet. We're definitely not doing swords, though.
[ As soon as you finish turning over the other cards, they disappear. Only the card you selected remains, and after a moment it disappears, leaving in its place a blank white outline of the human form carved into the center of the table. Suddenly the Trickster's mocking laughter rings out all too cheerfully around you. ]
A little change is good for the soul, eh? That's what they say, so too bad I'm more concerned with the body than any spiritual claptrap!
[ Something shifts uncomfortably inside your abdomen. You might not realize exactly what's happened until you look down and see it: the outline of two goblets, bulging out of your belly where your kidneys should be. The rest of your organs suddenly feel very vulnerable to this transformation as well. On the table before you, the blank shape abruptly fills one-fifth of the way with little pictures of cups. ]
Don't worry too much, ladies and gentlemen. I am, as always, also interested in your minds. Let me play with those, and you just might get your healthy bodies back soon!

Re: DISCUSSION
As for skills, um . . . I'm just a highschool student, so things like cooking and cleaning and math, I guess.

[Giant hands from the sky is not enough symbolism to work with.]

And... I don't actually know? The only memory I have is from when I was a kid...

Re: DISCUSSION
Wands could be combat-related, too, couldn't they?
Re: DISCUSSION
So are we're going with cups?
