There are a few old, dusty desks with equally old, dusty chairs places around them. Two desks have been picked out, and a divider curtain placed between them; the two teams are divided for this one, as they have different roles to play. The chairs around each desk are painted with faded colours matching the team uniform meant to sit there.

Sepsis has left a note on the desks: "This is serious!"

How would you deal with someone who is dangerously sick?: Treat them to the best of my abilities with the resources I have on hand.
How would you deal with someone who is dangerously mentally ill?: Attempt to keep them calm and don't press them on any of their delusions. If they turn violent, I'll quickly restrain them.
If the patient was suffering, would you kill them?: No, I would not.
Would you kill them if they begged you?: No, I would not. Not as long as there's an other way.
If they were terminally ill?: ...In this scenario, it would be clear that there is no other way. I would allow them to decide their time and method of death and help if necessary.

How would you deal with someone who is dangerously mentally ill?: You're still asking the wrong guy.
If the patient was suffering, would you kill them?: Pretty sure doctors are supposed to keep them from suffering, not kill them. If I was one.
Would you kill them if they begged you?: No.
If they were terminally ill?: Still not something I want to do.

PART 2
Sepsis enters the room, and her lab coat is open in the front, the massive stitched gash that bisects her torso has been cut open and is bleeding everywhere. she holds a pair of bloody scissors in her hand.

"You think you're kind, but you are cruel. Maybe once you see and experience the pain of sickness, killing them seems like the right thing to do."

She grins and changes herself into a mist. The door she came through is unlocked, leading into a room full of cheap hospital beds and rusted metal rolling trays. There is an adjacent room containing a bathroom with several toilet stalls (all filthy, of course).

Teams are now working together. Members of Ometotchtli suddenly hear a playful giggle in their ear, and are overcome with pain.

[ As requested, the following items are available: Soup, medicine (various painkillers, decongestants, anti-inflammatory drugs - over the counter pills), soft blankets and pillows, plenty of fresh water in a pitcher, and a collar with a tag on it reading: "For your pet of choice here. ♥" Also, a note: "You may request ONE euthanasia."]
