I... guess.

I don't want to make naval supplies, though.

Offering a second, cheaper alternative gave us a huge boost in popularity...

Let's raise wages, and make a wider variety of toys, at various prices. If we add a story, and make an advertising campaign based on collecting all of the various kinds of toys we produce, we should get popular fast.

. . . Do you think that could work?

If we can make people want to complete a collection, there's a good chance.

Could we make the next one really big?

Like, uh, you know how you were a Snorlax? Could we make a giant snorlax? You were really comfortable to sit on when I was a Pokemon.

[I'M NOT SURE HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIS]

I guess...? We should make at least two new ones now, I think.

Tiny ones, too. That are keychain size.

They could be ... um. Togepi.

But, I think Sparrow and Crane, want to also do ship technology... so, maybe we can do the mini one in the next round, and say that we intend on introducing a collect...?

While increasing our wages, as well, like we planned. Along with her our advertisers.

... Although, I don't really feel comfortable doing that.

[because I don't wanna be a troll and what if they use our stuff to DO BAD THINGS.]

We should make the payraise as large as we possibly can, if we do the popularity route.

[Nods.]

And it should become more popular with kids, if they think there's a complete collection to get.

Re: DISCUSSION

They will see completing the collection as a challenge, and thus want to do it...and the more kids that have them, the more knowledge of our product will spread.

Re: DISCUSSION

[personal profile] experiencepoints 2014-05-22 02:49 am (UTC)(link)
Exactly. And if it takes off a bit, kids will compete over having the best collection, so they'll start getting more.

Every time we add a new "member" plush, there will likely be a sharp spike in purchases from all of the children who need to have the complete collection again, as well...it definitely lends itself to future expansion.

Logically, yes.

I don't know if Sparrow or Wren would go for that, though. And personally... That order pissed me off a little.

Re: DISCUSSION

Wren mentioned that it would make him uncomfortable, which is important to consider. I certainly think, if we do choose to assist, that it should be a side-project and not the focus of our endeavors.

Re: DISCUSSION

[personal profile] experiencepoints 2014-05-22 03:13 am (UTC)(link)
I think that would be a problem for our popularity. We'd look like hypocrites then, wouldn't we? Making toys for children and weapons of war at the same time.
