Today, we're going to go through an interactive story of sorts!

You're a college student who's just transferred to a new university, and you have a week to make new friends and potentially find that ~special someone~ people always worry about having.

Luckily for you, your college has a club fair for transfer students just like you! You're headed off there to meet some of your fellow students and get a better lay of the land.

But before we begin, there's just one important thing I need to get down...who are you?

The next day, in between buying things for classes and watching TV, you decide to go visit someone in the hopes of maybe getting a head start on that friend-thing.

Where do you choose to go?

Let's see.. The dance thing is "Mizushima Manami", we don't know anything about her yet. The track team is Kiyoko, she's interested in us. The student council is that Tarou guy, and fuck him. Library didn't have anything mentioned, but with process of elimination, it's gotta be that "Kurosawa Hayato", who seems too unfriendly to be worth the effort.

Any thoughts?

I agree, but does anyone know what the game is being scored on? Are we more likely to win if we get the most difficult route?

If it's the hardest route, less people will go for it, right? Manami and Hayato would be the harder ones, since we didn't meet them.

Yeah, but we're also less likely to get the ending we want with them. We can definitely succeed with romance and hope no one else did any better, or we can risk it all for a guarantee that if we get the right ending, we get shards.

You stop by the track field, where you see Takahashi running around the track. Once she catches sight of you, she runs over, smiling.



KIYOKO: Hey, Hitomi-chan, you came! Here to take a run around the track, or do you just wanna talk?



HITOMI: Wanted to see a familiar face, mostly. Is that okay?



KIYOKO: No sweat! I'm pretty much wrapped up here, so we can talk about anything you want, cutie. Classes, movies, superheroes, you name it.



HITOMI: Superheroes? Sounds like an odd suggestion.



KIYOKO: Come on, how else are you going to get to know people? I'll give you a question to show you: What superpower would you want to have?

> Strength, so I could take anyone in a fight.
> Flight, so I could travel anywhere I wanted.
> Invisibility, so I could sneak around and not get caught.

As soon as she finishes speaking, one of Takahashi's teammates runs up to her.

???: Hey, Kiyoko-chan, do you wanna walk home?



KIYOKO: Ah...Keiko-chan, actually, I'm talking with Hitomi-chan right now...



HITOMI: It's okay, I don't mind. I'll see you tomorrow.



KIYOKO: If you're sure. Meet me in the music room tomorrow, okay? I'll give you a surprise to make up for this. Bye, Hitomi-chan.

You wave goodbye to Takahashi, whom you feel a bit closer to, and you go home.
