It never says we have to spend that much, though. What about... 300 on clothing, 900 on food, none on medicine since we have Clover's healing, and then the last... 625 to housing?

Powers are off during the game, though... I'd say we want to move 500 to housing to hit the minimum, and move the other 125 to medicine to make up for it.

For food, 450. For housing, 500. Any lower than that and we can't get any happiness from anything else.

...Clover suggested we move medicine to 200, which'd make clothing have a budget of 225.

We can't afford both--but we defintiely aren't cutting the food budget. We need that to eat.

That leaves us starting with a housing budget of 925 to start with. We can move 425 of it wherever we need.

They're not that far off, really. Maybe 675/900/150/100? A-as a compromise?

And we should figure out if we want to risk tax evasion or not.
