There's not really adequate funds to support everything. There's the potential of a cold front of a necessity to burn clothing, so we do need some form of extra there.

Clothing is probably our last priority, though. If we put that money into shelter, it should do better.

Yes. We could spend half the usual on shelter, the regular amount of food, and double medicine and be fine that way...

We could. And the worst case scenario we'd hopefully have one set of clothing in case of any circumstances.
