Does it matter? No one is being harmed, and as it is not directly targeted we are not breaking any alliances.

Chances are low we will hit Amalthea or Epona, anyway, which are our major concerns outside of alliances.

And at least three other teams decided we should suffer, so hopefully it hits one of them.
