That's what they say. It can't be that bad if they're only throwing...mutated cauliflower...? Did anyone catch what that thing was? Geez! I know this is supposed to be scary, but that's no reason to offend my eyes!

If they operate on trees, maybe.
In a hospital, you'd find something more like...

A bone saw, or a drill.
Maybe a hammer for breaking bones to get to organs during operations.
