While most of a fart is simply gases, if you fart hard enough you may cause skin particles to be caught up in the gas cloud, and these skin particles themselves would contain DNA. Gas, however, does not.

So, um, even if you got that close? Without getting caught in a massive solar storm or being horribly blinded or having your body degraded by the massive amounts of ionizing radiation the sun produces? You'd totally die.

Also, it's not like you can even fly in space anyway.
