I think Jasper'll blow a gasket. What about dragons? No one ever said they race had to be people-shaped.

I guess he would... Dragons would be cool too though! And they'd fit the fire sky thing we've got going.

Exactly. Mighty beasts of magic and fire that roam the skies with Hekate's blessing!

Can they be red? Or gold. Or maybe both!

They can come in any color they want, and their scales sparkles with gold, silver and jewels! After all, of course mighty Hekate's children would be beautiful to suit her.

And thus, her realm solidified, Apollo and Hekate turned to the volcano, and from it forged mighty dragons, great beasts of magic and mystery, to bring Hekate's sacred fire up into the skies she prowled. Their scales gleamed like all the jewels and stones of the world, lined in gold and silver, and their wings shone with Apollo's sunlight. In their breath lay Hekate's fire, and proud and gleaming, the dragons took wing, soaring with joy in their Mother's breath.
