[ you enter one of the trains with a few of the other teams -- you have your own booths to coordinate your actions in, but you can always go up to the main table if you want to talk to any of the other teams playing with you. ]
Now then, speaking practically, as a god of music, our objective should probably be to create areas of "natural sound", so... Things like canyons, cliffs against oceans, that sort of thing. Weather patterns will probably tend towards being rain and storms and the like, though probably not to the point of being prone to natural disasters.
[Let me just roll the dice and...]
...How did I get a 12 on the first roll? Something's seriously wrong here.
We should create as much as we can, to make a big world. I like the idea of ocean cliffs and things like that, but we should probably also have some arable land for people to live in.
Yeah. At the very least, we'll want to spend at least 7 of these points.
Arable land, though... Hm. It might be a while before people are even a possibility, looking at the costs. At 22 points, a best case scenario means that there's not going to be any races until another round passes.
Still, let's see what we can do. We've got 12 points, so we can make 3-4-3 shaped hexagon somewhere and still have a point left...
Perhaps something like this?
[ |O|O|B O|C|H|P |O|O|B| ]
In this case, O is oceans, b is beach, c is cliffs, h is hills, p is plains.
hm... Actually, maybe we could switch the hills out for mountains? Well, whether it's hills or mountains we'll be making them eventually, it's just a matter of which ones we want first.
Hm... I think I miscalculated. We actually have 2 points left. We can save them, or spend them on adding a "rainy" climate to the plains... I'll leave the choice up to you, though.
Then, we have everything ready except for the flavor. Let's see...
"And then, there was noise. Waves crashed against cliffs, and rolled along beaches, filling the land with sound. Mountains reached to the heavens, wishing to partake in the joy of sound, and beyond them, the plains lay, devouring the constant sound of rain which constantly fell upon it, each drop of the rain its own tone, bringing life to the plains."
Well, this is something I've got lots of practice with, at least. Part of my job back home was writing music, actually. I don't have all the skills for it back yet, though.
Explaining it simply would be "support". since I didn't have the power to help in the first war, I basically did a whole bunch of less important jobs. Information gathering, moral support, tactics...
And of course, music composing, lyrics, and remixing. That one's a bit hard to explain, but a quick explanation is that my race back home has the ability to manipulate sound: Songs were the best and most effective we had, even if I wasn't strong enough to have a direct effect on the battlefield.
Well, it's all that stuff is important, even if the effects are less visible. It's a good job to have, though I remember how much I hated not being able to fight on the battlefield with everyone...
The next group I was in I wound up as the leader, but they really had no idea what they were getting into.
Honestly speaking, not much could help "my people" in the situation I remember. We're treated like monsters wherever we go, in spite of us being the only ones that can hold off the reality-eating monsters attacking everyone.
Well, they were still amazing. They were the children of my former comrades, actually.

[I never have any luck.]

There's still the question of what to do with the remaining point, though.

Is there anything we can add to it?

Was that other group also in the war?
