I'm not sure how we should answer these questions. They seem straightforward enough but given who we're dealing with, I can't be too sure.

They are both... true. But we will have to choose one of them, even if we do not agree with it.

Of course they can, but I assume what they're asking is 'would it be better not to have them.'

And that answer would lead to something like those bonds being forcefully severed. Of course.

That leaves the question of whether the other answer will result in anything better.

I too think they're completely both a strength and a weakness. Being forced to choose however, I find it a strength. Together we're capable of so much. Apart we will wither and become less.

Yeah.

If there's anything that I've learned about this place, it's that we're much better off working together than trying to do things on our own.

It seems we're all agreeing on saying that it's a strength, so I suppose we'll be finding out where that leads us.

I agree, but I worry that it may lead us down a path that will challenge what it means to have an emotional bond with others. Either way, I'm sure we won't enjoy the outcome.
