[the shot hits again, right in the wolf's haunch. it crashes down past Mushroom and skids into the pile of chains left on the floor, and then screeches when Mushroom's knife drives into its throat. it's rather hard to put the knife across, since it's all metal. but he does manage to slice it.

Yato's stab attempt with the tail manages to get the wolf through one back leg, pinning it to the ground.]
