What if we made the ground camel into a patty? Like a burger? The wasabi greens could go on top or the side as a garnish, the ice cream could be melted into a sauce, and... the pink asparagus could be the bed it sits on.

Today, we have for you some mini-sliders made with camel meat, and wasabi greens added to the meat mixture for an extra kick of flavor. Alongside that is a medley of asparagus roasted with olive oil and a little bit of salmon harvested from the lox ice cream, drizzled with fresh lemon juice.

We can use the cabbage as a wrap for the risotto, and the fat as the wrap for the fish, I think. A vegetarian option, and a meat option, that way.

For the main course, we have a meat option and a vegetarian option. First, we wrapped the black bass meat in the caul fat and steamed it to make fish sausages, and then we tightly wrapped the risotto in savoy cabbage leaves to make risotto pouches. The two are presented together to offer a variety of tastes and textures, and topped with small sprigs of lavender for an elegant presentation.
