[ Suddenly, a cat darts out into the busy street, followed by a boy with dark hair in a track suit, followed by… a girl, in a lavender school uniform and a dark blue trench coat. The girl and the boy should look pretty damn familiar, at least to Daisy: she only lives with one of them, after all. ]

[her eyes widen in both shock and recognition]

Is that her? Hey, asshole, stop the bus!

It's a memory. I've seen this before, she--she stopped it from hitting the boy and the cat, but it hit her instead.

[pauses, thinking]
