[ Turning on the light, you don't feel quite so anxious anymore. Now you can see the back of the closet is filled with potentially useful odds and ends, including rope, wooden planks, and even a ladder.
You can also now read the labels on the boxes. The bottom-most one is only marked "SUPPLIES" on the side; the the second one on top of that is marked "ONIICHAN" and the top-most one is marked "YUKINE-KUN." You get the feeling that you're not the one who packed them. ]
[ Opening the box, you find inside a number of items: a knot of padlocks, a stuffed pigeon with real letters inside its mouth, a tiny plastic ladder (or is it a stepladder?!), a golden triangular prism, an unframed photo, a sponge-y ball with an odd face on it, and a hymn book. ]

[ you experience a memory. In its wake you're left with feelings of deep uncertainty and loneliness. Thoughts accompany these feelings: When are they going to leave you again? Why do they keep going? ]
The kitchen is immaculately clean. The space is dominated by a fridge, with a calendar next to it a large kitchen table with four chairs pulled up to it, and a clock on the wall above the sink.
On the front of the fridge door is a post-it note. The inside of the fridge is surprisingly empty, though it does contain a few very sparse items of food, like butter and ketchup, as well as a six-pack of beer.
[ Touching the clock, you experience a certain realization: you spend more time with Yato and Yukine than you do with your own family. Without them, you'd spend much of your time alone. Suddenly, the house feels much less home-y than before. It almost feels like you don't belong at all.
The calendar is flipped to January; the square January 1st, with the writing 'New Years' on it is circled in big, bold, red marker. Touching it, thoughts enter your mind: The night the stray chased me…. I was gone so late on New Years, but it's the most important holiday of the year. Why was I out alone? Why wasn't I at home with my family? Did anyone even notice I was gone so late? How could no one know I was out, or sleeping? What happened to my body while I was running away?
A dark moth, dusky in color and bearing a strange eye-shaped marking on its wings, materializes before you. Before you have a chance to stop it, it reaches the wall and is absorbed into it with a strange, liquid like rippling of the surface. You can hear the sound of a girl crying somewhere as it does. ]
Well, the crying girl, for sure, but also her spending all her time with Yato and Yukine. That's...questionable.
Although he definitely recognized that similar to what Yukine was turning into, so he decides to grab one of the chairs as he tries to find the source of the crying.]

and in the supplies box there's various supplies—cleaning supplies, markers, pen, blank paper, glue, glitter, and other weird odds and ends.
There's a note on the side: it simply reads "Help yourself." ]
