Well, that wasn't no moth. That was an ayakashi. If one of them touches you--that "mothy-ness" you experienced? That's blight. It's an infection caused by impurities. 'N it can kill you.

[ well, when daisy does find her namesake, there's a sweet-as-you-please kitten inside. There are no scratches or bite marks on her--and if she was indeed feeling sick before, she doesn't seem to be now; she's practically bouncing off the walls inside her little kitty cage.
