Tiamat and Aoko

The room is fairly simple, tatami mats on the floor, and racks upon racks of clothing haphazardly strewn around. On the racks are all sorts of clothing, some kimono and Japanese-inspired, some steampunk, but all quite formal.

On one wall, and on a table in front of it are weapons: katana, sets of kunai, battle fans, other Japanese weapons, and some steampunk-ish guns, some firing bullets, some energy weapons.

[He's also got a fair bit of paint on him, as he draws a pair of energy pistols.]

Then... I guess we should get things underway. Don't hold back. This kind of thing is super fun.

[Ed opens up with a salvo of fire honestly better for suppressing rapid movement forward than actually hitting.]

D: 4 A: 5

[He manages to roll out of the way, pulling his fun out of its holster to fire off a few shots in Ed's direction]

[The shots hit home, as Ed decides to try aiming this time in response, running to the side as he does.]

[It's not going so hot yet, still.]

[And he dodges again, this time going toward Ed and shooting at his back]

[This time he manages to properly run out of the path of the shot by quickly zigging, spining in the air and unloading both guns in his direction.]

[He tried dodging but wasn't fast enough, getting hit and giving a grunt before deciding to charge as he fires and swing his katana, blunt side toward Ed for more of a bump than anything]

[That's fine, I'll do a D and then turn in.]

[It bumps him, just in time to hit the buzzer.]

Ah--!

Dang, I guess that's that.

[He'll look up and blink before shrugging and nodding]

Guess so.

Definitely a good match, though.

[He'll sheath the katana and holster his gun before extending his hand for a handshake because definitely worth it]
