The electronic keypad affixed to this locker door is a numeric keypad, requiring a four-digit code to open. It's impossible to tell what the code is just from looking at it.
[Maybe if she tries shoving one of the iv pole's hooks into the padlock and twisting it until something gives, that's like a 33% shot of breaking the lock, the locking mechanism, or the pole.]
