RULES
For the interview round, you are to answer all questions as a team. If your group is made up of members of multiple teams, then that counts as your single team for this game!
INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!

[questions :|a]
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
The game is a questionnaire? This should be quick.
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
Uh, we stick together, we trust each other... What else?

Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
[he thinks for awhile] I think that suffering is pain, but it's personal. [flushing] But that's just what I think.

Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
[stares at the next question] To answer that one? A better place. Alive. Not here.
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
... what would be our weaknesses...? We... are perhaps too nice?
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
...I... do not know if I feel comfortable with talking about mistakes. I feel like I have made a lot of them.
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
The next question is obvious, you turn them in.
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
How would you describe us? I... suppose we are a little awkward.
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
What motivates us? A chance at something better. Going home or somewhere new that can become home.
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
...and answering personal questions is rather uncomfortable. It... is difficult to really put it into words.
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
[glares at the next three question] 12 is stupid, 13 I don't have an answer for, and 14 I have no idea about.
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
And for 13, Perhaps we should ask what they want to eat? ...as for 14... I am not certain about the answer.
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
[looks at 15] Yes. To both. Promise.
TURN-IN
Re: TURN-IN
We stick together, we trust each other... we are nice.
2.) How would you define suffering?
Suffering is pain... but it is kind of personal to talk about. Suffering can also be watching someone close to you being hurt.
3.) How far are you willing to go to achieve victory?
And we would go as far as possible where no one had to get hurt for it.
4.) Where do you see yourselves in five years?
Accomplished and... alive? It is difficult to answer this question without a sufficient amount of memories to reference to.
5.) What are your team's weaknesses?
We are perhaps too nice, and it results in a lot of lost games. But we try our best.
6.) What accomplishment are you most proud of?
That we are able to stick together, even if we do not always succeed.
7.) Tell me about a time you made a mistake.
We have made a lot of mistakes and it is not comfortable talking about them. Kilo says he lost a fight that he picked.
8.) If you saw another employee stealing from the company, what would you do?
Turn them in.
9.) Describe your team.
We are a little awkward, but we try our hardest and as mentioned above, stick together as a team.
10.) What motivates you?
Ah... to remember our lives and to find out from where we come from and to get a chance at something better, perhaps find a new home...?
11.) What makes you uncomfortable?
Answering personal questions is rather uncomfortable. It... is difficult to really put it into words.
12.) Can you say: 'Peter Pepper Picked a Pickled Pepper' and cross-sell a washing machine at the same time?
We do not know what a washing machine is...
13.) If I came to your house for dinner, what would you prepare for us?
What do you like to eat?
14.) Calculate the angle of two clock hands when time is 11:50.
We will have to pass on this.
15.) Has a member of your team ever killed another living creature? Did they enjoy it?
"Yes. To both." And... "yes and no."

ROUND 2
Your training scenario is simple -- your team is currently working on the automobile line. However, you have noticed a defect on several cars passing by from the team that works further up the line from you. It's a problem with the exterior mirrors -- do you attempt to fix them yourself, confront the manager after work, or try something else? ]
Re: ROUND 2
...perhaps we should try to fix it first and then confront the manager?]
Re: ROUND 2
