Torches are set into the walls to provide light, while a faint breeze blows through cracks in the walls and ceiling to provide ventilation. There are no doors or windows to speak of.

There’s an hourglass of wrought silver embedded in the wall, with ten rubies inside. Pinned beside it is an elegant tapestry featuring a crowded church service. You are part of THE PRIESTS.

Resting on the table are the following: a sheet of parchment, a quill, and a capped jar of ink. Written on the parchment is a list and three words in bold lettering:

DEFEND

I dunno about.... Merchants sound pretty greedy to me. [Like she's in any position to talk!!]

But fine, if you want to steal from the nobles so bad, we can do that, too!

I don't want to steal from anyone. It's out of character for a priest to steal!

--but if we have to, it should be from the rich.

We only have the sword left, so it's not like we can give anything else away unless we steal!
