Kyouya will continue trying to be PR/advertise for the United Services. He will focus on putting advertisements to the public regarding supporting the United Services if they have the chance by DONATING to the war effort. He will promise to continue to use it to the best of his ability to support the people in need as they have been.
He'll also have advertising continue to use pictures of medical supplies in the war efforts and try to include soldiers (now healthy and happy after fighting!) having a good time playing games or relaxing. Really trying to make that a point.
