It would be a risk. We're not guaranteed a technological advancement.

We have to take some risks, though...if we just sit on our money, that won't help us win.

With the current set up, if the numbers hold steady, we're making about a two-fifty profit. If we don't get something, then we're out about two-fifty.

Do you think that'll be enough to beat other teams, though?

From how things are set up, it's Rose Designs who most likely got a large grant from the government. It doesn't seem likely others got such an opportunity. We may already be ahead, so we shouldn't take big risks.

Especially when there's likely only a few days left at best.

The question is whether we're judged on overall profit or just our gains, though, since governmental grants seem to only contribute to the former.

Whatever this advancement would be would need to have a 500 monies profit margin to be worth it when we're in the later half of the game.

...Yeah, you're right. We should've made the gamble earlier on, when we knew we'd have many more rounds.
