Uhm. . . .the problem is the people want to find something bad about our company, and they're paying Inspector Jerkface. It's not enough for us to say "we've changed" because they're looking for a reason to hate us, not for us to improve ourselves. The moment word gets out, no matter what our reputation will take a hit?

People don't really need proof to be turned off by it. The point is we want to send a good reputation out, even if it's not true, so that everyone has good feelings about our food!

If we were an older company it wouldn't be such a problem because we'd have a loyal following of clientele! But since we're new, it might be best to bribe them.

But it would also be good if we upped our security and safety measures too - it's a big point of criticism for us, after all.
